Coupa announced its largest product release to date with more than 250 updates, introducing AI agents that can autonomously source, pay, and orchestrate spend workflows using real-time market intelligence.[10] New capabilities such as Autonomous Sourcing Event Creation and Navi-guided Supplier Onboarding aim to cut sourcing cycle times by around 80% and remove manual template selection, item re-entry, and supplier vetting from high-volume, low-value procurement work.[10]
