SAP announced its intention to acquire German AI startup Prior Labs and invest €1 billion over four years to build an AI lab focused on structured enterprise data. The acquisition will integrate Prior Labs' capabilities into SAP's AI Core, Business Data Cloud, and agentic layer with Joule.
