Data centre operator Switch has extended its credit facilities to US$10bn to support long-term energy procurement and utility partnerships for AI data centre campuses.[7] The financing underwrites large-scale power purchase and grid-connection commitments that are becoming prerequisites for hyperscale AI infrastructure development.[7]
